ABA chief tells Justice to do its own job American Bankers Association CEO Frank Keating penned an op-ed in Thursday's Wall Street Journal faulting the Justice Department for its "Operation Choke Point," under which banks must close accounts of people suspected of fraud or face penalties. Keating noted that banks cooperate with law enforcement, but said the government should not force them into the roles of "policemen and judges."
